DE: Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über den Online-Shop von

2. Vertragsabschluss / Conclusion of Contract
DE: Mit Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald der Anbieter die Bestellung durch eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail annimmt.

3. Preise und Steuern / Prices and Taxes
DE: Alle Preise sind Endpreise und werden ohne Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen.
Der Anbieter ist in der Dubai Freezone ansässig und daher nicht zur Erhebung europäischer Mehrwertsteuer verpflichtet.
Der Versand erfolgt in der Regel über einen Produktionspartner innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
Es können jedoch von staatlichen Stellen oder der Europäischen Union jederzeit Einfuhrabgaben, Umsatzsteuer oder sonstige Gebühren erhoben werden. Diese liegen außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Anbieters und sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

The provider is based in the Dubai Freezone and is therefore not obliged to collect European VAT.
Shipping is generally handled via a production partner within the European Union.
However, national authorities or the European Union may impose import duties, VAT, or other charges at any time. Such costs are beyond the provider’s control and must be borne by the buyer.

DE: Die Lieferung der Produkte erfolgt durch den Fulfillment-Partner Lulu Direct, Heilnatura oder andere beauftragte Dienstleister. Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess angegeben. Lieferzeiten sind unverbindlich und können variieren.

5. Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts / Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
DE: Da es sich bei allen angebotenen Produkten um Medienprodukte handelt – sowohl digitale Güter (E-Books, Downloads, elektronische Inhalte) als auch physische Printmedien (Bücher, Druckwerke) – ist ein Widerruf oder Umtausch ausgeschlossen.
Mit Abschluss der Bestellung bestätigt der Kunde ausdrücklich, auf ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu verzichten.
